Hey there, a little about me, I have 2 teenagers, I like to swim and my favourite place to decompress is outside; going for a walk, swimming in the sea or sitting in a quiet place with a hot drink and a good book and slowing down my mind (not that I give myself much time to do these things, sound familiar).
When you meet me, I will probally not be what you are expecting, I will be truely intereted in whats going for you and how you got to where you are today and hopefully join you on your journey of redescovery. Making contact with a counsellor can be scary, but dont worry, you dont have to share anything you are not ready to. (see FAQ page for more common questions and worries)

I am a Level 4 qualified person-centred counsellor and a Level 5 qualified relationship counsellor. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work in an integrated way, which means I combine aspects of CBT, Mindfulness, and use creative therapies. As humans, we are all unique and work in different ways, so I will try and find a way that works for you.
I have a degree in Psychology from Plymouth University, which has been hugely beneficial along my journey of becoming a counsellor, giving me an insight into how the human mind works.
