Are you feeling emotionally worn out, you might often appear "fine" on the outside whilst carrying anxiety, low self-worth, the fear of being alone, thoughts of am I good enough. My role is to support you to find yourself again to look at what is holding you back, what you might need to heal from, perhaps find a bit of self-compassion.
We can spent a lot of time looking back, wishing we had done things differently, wandering what if, and we can spent just as much time looking forward, the fear of failure, am I good enough, things will be better when.... What we are missing out on is being present, enjoying and appreciating the here and now, the journey.
And then we can throw in relationships, they are rarely smooth running, so many factors can influence our relationships with other as well as our relationship with ourselves. Age, children, loss, medical issues, social expectations and family input are just a few of the things that can impact relationships, so no wonder sometimes we might feel a bit lost. I can provide you space to reflet over how you are feeling about your relationship, what changes might be needed, and ideas on how to re-connect.
I will provide you with a space to explore and process your thoughts and feelings. To help support you become the person you want to be, together we will find a way that works best for you. It won’t be a quick fix, but a journey of understanding, acceptance and growth.
Counselling can be Face-to-Face (in the Plymouth area), or online, or a combination to suit your needs. Our time together can be short-term or long-term. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. There is an option to book a block of 6/8 sessions for counselling/coaching for a reduced price or you can pay as you go.
I also provide dream interpretation work (I work along side you to find possible meanings to your dreams) and goal orientated coaching
